Hvert legendarisk koncertsted er et ekstranummer værd, og da det blev besluttet, at det klassiske Shea Stadium, New York, skulle rives ned, blev det bestemt, at Billy Joel fik æren af for altid at lukke arenaen. Shea Stadium, som ikke kun har været hjemmebane for New Yorks bedste baseballhold New York Mets, men også koncertarena med masser af legendariske koncerter gennem historien med f.eks. The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Who, Bruce Springsteen og The Clash.

Billy Joel fremfører selvfølgelig alle sine hits foran et hysterisk og lykkeligt publikum og gæstes under koncerten af bl.a. Paul McCartney, Tony Bennett, Steven Tyler, Roger Daltrey, John Mellencamp, Garth Brooks og John Mayer.
