How to brew Shizen Nohooo Sarubai Cha?

• Amount of dry leaves: approx. 3 g (1 heaped teaspoon) per 200 ml of water
• Temperature: 70–75°C
• Brewing time: 1.5–2 minutes
• Possibility of multiple infusions with the same leaves

We recommend that the first infusion is short, and each subsequent one is slightly longer – the tea gradually unfolds its full flavor, in the traditional Japanese style.
