\"Truth or Consequence\" er et livealbum og soundtrack til koncertfilmen af samme navn, hvor Amyl & the Sniffers præsenterer country-inspirerede versioner af deres egne sange, to hidtil uudgivne sange samt en fortolkning af Slim Dusty-klassikeren \"Lights On The Hill\". Albummet blev indspillet og filmet den 28. april 2025 foran et intimt - og efterhånden ret festligt - publikum på El Coyote i Los Angeles af bandets mangeårige samarbejdspartner John Angus Stewart.
