Box set of animated dinosaur tales. In 'The Land Before Time 4' (1996), longnecks bring news of change from beyond the Great Valley, of mists and strange creatures that inhabit the marshes and trees. This does not affect Littlefoot and his friends, until he has to search for the petals of a golden Night Flower in order to cure his ailing Grandpa. Unfortunately, the flower can only be found in the Land of Mists. In 'The Land Before Time 5' (1997), Littlefoot, Cera, Spike, Ducky and Petrie ignore the advice of their elders and set off to discover what lies beyond the Great Valley. Finally, in 'The Land Before Time 6' (1998), when baby dinosaurs Threehorns, Dina and Dana run away to investigate what lies beyond the Great Valley, it is up to Littlefoot, Cera, Spike, Ducky and Petrie to bring them back. They embark on a dangerous journey, aided by the stranger Longneck - could he be the famous lassooing Lone Dinosaur? If so, they will need his help when they come up against a deadly Sharptooth!
