American thriller set in Kansas in the 1870s starring James Karen, Bruce Davison and Linda Purl. In the town of Fairweather rumours are widespread about the Bender family and their isolated homestead. After a number of unfortunate accidents Dr. York (Jon Monastero) visits the Bender family, led by the strange Old Man Bender (Karen), hoping to put an end to the suspicions. However, what he discovers is worse than anything he could ever have imagined.
