Assuming the identity of a super-cop named Pissant, Corky enters the Bureau's training academy with the intention of stealing the evidence built up against his father. However, the animal-loving eccentric soon finds it's difficult enough living up to his own exaggerated reputation as a top-ranking crimefighter, let alone saving his dear old dad from the slammer.
