Hong Kong martial arts action directed by Ringo Lam. Shaolin disciple Fong Sai-yuk (Willie Chi) is on the run, hunted by government agents seeking to destroy the Shaolin Monastery for the crime of treason. When he is captured, his master is killed and he is imprisoned at the Red Lotus Temple where Shaolin monks live or die at the whim of the brutal warden, Kung (Wong Kam-Kong). Fong vows to survive, to escape and to free his brothers. Carman Lee also stars.
