Romantic comedy based on the novel by Emily Giffen and starring Kate Hudson and Ginnifer Goodwin. Rachel White (Goodwin) is a young attorney living and working in Manhattan. Rachel has always been the consummate good girl and dedicated best friend to the beautiful but spoiled Darcy (Hudson).
