Chinese action drama starring Andy Lau, Sean Lau and Ni Ni. Former bomb disposal expert Poon Shing (Andy Lau) becomes involved in a terrorist plot to bring down society. However, following his arrest he attempts an audacious escape, and as a fugitive does all he can to prove his innocence.
