The main purpose of the ventilated end tape is to keep the laminated plastic sheet transparent and clean for a long time.

After a certain time, dust, dirt and insects begin to accumulate in the grooves of the plastic. Condensation also forms, which promotes the formation of mold. All these factors affect both the appearance and the lifespan of the polycarbonate. This end tape protects the polycarbonate structure from damage and extends its lifespan. The tape has special holes covered with a thin cloth that allow the condensate to drain out.
