When he brings his daughter Natalie to his office on a Take Your Kid to Work Day, he is humiliated in front of her by the office bully McKinney (Patrick Warburton). Determined to change his ways, Joe challenges McKinney to a rematch, hires an out-of-work action movie-star (James Belushi) to teach him martial arts and gets a stylist to give him a make-over. All this not only gives him more confidence, he gets promoted, his ex-wife (Kelly Lynch) begins to take an interest again and a work-colleague gets the hots for him.
