London, 1868. The Industrial Revolution ushered in an era of incredible development that changed the lives of millions of people with technologies once considered impossible. The opportunities offered by the era made people rush to London to take part in this new world. The world was no longer ruled by kings, emperors, politicians, or religion, but a new common denominator was obtained: money.

However, not everyone will reap the benefits of this upswing. The lives of the workers are, in practice, legalized slavery, with the top few per cent enjoying their work, even though the whole machine of the British Empire is spinning with their help. The lower class, living in poverty and dying young, unite in protest into new types of families - gangs - who in turn turn to the underworld in an attempt to survive. The struggle is desperate until ever-vigilant assassins arrive to fight alongside them and launch an age-old conflict with London leaders, echoing through modern history.

TAKE THE CONTROL OF THE UNDERGROUND WORLD IN LONDON - When Jacob acts as leader, players can create Britainâs wildest gang and the only force capable of challenging plutocrats, defeating rival gangs and breaking the shackles of an oppressed population. The underworld of London can be taken over by invading enemy bases using a variety of weapons. For child workers rescued from train robberies, players will not let anything stop them from bringing justice to the illegal streets of London.
