Heavenly dog Charlie Barkin (voiced by Charlie Sheen) has to return to Earth once again when Gabriel's horn is stolen from heaven. He and sidekick Itchy (vocal talents from Dom DeLuise) get into all sorts of scrapes until they team up with a young runaway boy and an Irish setter (Sheena Easton).
