DCI John Barnaby (Neil Dudgeon) and his assistant, DS Ben Jones (Jason Hughes), tackle another murder mystery in the picturesque Midsomer region. This time the death of a local barrister in suspicious circumstances draws the attention of Barnaby and Jones. However, with the prime suspect in possession of an alibi, the intrepid pair may have to delve deeper into events to identify the culprit.
