Application:
1. Apply IsaDora Wonder Nail 191 Black Lacquer as Base. Let it dry properly.
2. Select a China Nail Art glitter backpack and apply on top of the black nail polish. "Dutta" on China Nail Art with the brush for best effect.
3. Let it dry and finish with IsaDora Wonder Nail 600 Clear for an extra glossy and durable result.

China Nail Art is also excellent for use alone when applied in two layers.
