I bought a pair of these for myself and my husband. Having owned a previous version I was excited for them to arrive. These Buds are a horrible fit and will not stay in my ear, it doesn't matter how I place or insert them - they just wont stay in. What a disappointment.

sound quality is good, but the design is really hard to wear and its hurt my ears.. i think the design is fit for MOST people but not ALL.. cant try it in shop so only found out after purchased.. it cant use touch control when youre wearing a hoody unlike Airpod pro :(

I brought this a few months ago sadly the earbuds don't fit my ears well and keep falling out.

I got these to replace some Buds+ The sound is still great and the noise cancelling is excellent. However they don't fit and stay in my ears as well as the Buds+. I've tried the different tip sizes. I'm continually pushing them in and they fallout sometimes. The Buds+ Never did. Bring back the wing tips!
