This was purchased to replace a problematic inkjet. Out of the box instructions were very clear and connection to wifi was fairly easy. Print quality is great with very crisp black giving a professional look. Very pleased with the price point which is by far the best for this class of printer.

It does not work with Mac OS, without having to connect with windows, reset the "wifi password" of the printer. The default password is NOT written anywhere in the documentation provided with the printer. I had to contact the customer service, spent almost 2 hrs just to get the default password. Then borrowed windows laptop from a neighbor, reset the printer using HP app, and connect to the windows and MacBook. It's too early to make comments on printer's performance yet, but I already have a feeling that I made a mistake by wasting so much money on this device.

The paper tray is very fragile and poor quality. It appears to be very delicate, contrary to the paper tray used by us in your other HP printer models. The Wifi is not getting connected to my Android phone for direct-wifi printing.

Excellent print quality but a but slow connecting to the wireless network and printing after turning on.

As I said before, 100% useless, do not buy it does not work with wi fi and the help / support is a joke, would have given it -5 if possible
